    The universal appeal of this unassuming but richly flavorful bake comes from its slightly tart aftertaste, making it more addicting than normal bread. Notably, the dough is naturally fermented without yeast to provide acidity. Our commitment to this ancient process makes the creation of this bread take well over four days, with four separate stages of fermentation, just to bring this loaf of love to you. Fun fact: Our sourdough starter is ten years old!

Mediterranean culture and cooking encapsulated in one perfect, decadent bite. Comes in plain as pictured or with toppings including kalamata olives, and cherry tomatoes.

    This is a beautifully indulgent sweet bread infused with raisins, walnuts, and Vietnamese cinnamon to create an indescribably perfect flavor pairing.

    Continuing our emphasis on sourdough breads, this addition to our lineup features the Everything spice that you find on your favorite bagels. It is both infused in the dough and generously sprinkled on top. The combination of all those savory spices and the natural sourdough flavor gives this bread a complex aroma! It is great as a sandwich bread but could also be accompanied by your favorite marinara or infused olive oil.

  • Cranberry Walnut Sourdough, cut up and whole

    Cranberry Walnut Sourdough $8.00

    This sourdough treat is sweetened by the addition of a very generous amount of dried cranberries! With chopped walnuts, whole wheat flour and rye flour added to the mix you also perceive a real nuttiness that is so satisfying and so very healthy. No sugar is added as it does not need it. It is beautiful inside and out as well as an amazing addition to a healthy diet.
